Trussville City Jail Visiting Information
The Trussville City Jail allows friends and family to visit inmates on Tuesdays and Sundays from 1 pm until 3 pm. Members of the clergy may visit on Sundays between the hours of 7 and 9 am and on Wednesdays from 5 to 7 pm. Clergy members may also request permission to visit an inmate at another time. Attorneys may meet with their clients as required, barring exceptional circumstances.
Trussville City Jail Visiting Guidelines
Friends and family members are limited to visits of up to fifteen minutes. Only one visitor is allowed at a time, and each inmate is allowed up to two visitors each visitation day. No one who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted to enter the facility.
Additional Visiting Instructions
If visiting an inmate, you may bring them money, clothing items, or reading material. Corrections officials will inspect and approve the items when you arrive for visitation hours. If you are giving money to an inmate, you will be given a receipt for the funds and both your name and the inmate's name will be documented.
Rules
Tobacco products are strictly forbidden on facility grounds. Inmates are also not allowed to accept food or beverages from visitors. Visitors and inmates are not permitted to use profanity. After one warning, the visitor will be asked to leave and may have their visitation privileges suspended.
