Bibb County GA Jail Visitation
Inmates are allowed two 45-minute in-person visitations per week. You may schedule up to three visits at least 24 hours in advance. Visitations may be scheduled Tuesday through Sunday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In-person visits at the Bibb County Jail are no-contact visits. You will be separated from the inmate by glass. Inmates may only have two visitors per visit, including children. A parent or other adult must accompany all children under the age of 17, and they must be supervised at all times.
Dress Code for In-Person Visitation
Like most other county jails, there is a strict dress code enforced by the Bibb County Jail. Failure to follow the dress code will result in your visitation being terminated and you being asked to leave.
- No see-through clothing
- No clothing that exposes body parts or undergarments
- No tank tops, tube tops, or midriff-baring garments
- No clothing with images or wording that are obscene, drug-related, or containing nudity
- Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times
- Do not expose body parts
- Do not wear short skirts, dresses, or shorts
- Do not wear coats, hoodies, jackets, or raincoats
- Do not wear head coverings or gloves
Do NOT bring these items to the visitation.
- Backpacks, purses, or bags
- Food, drinks, or gum
- Weapons of any kind
- Photographs or legal documents
- Books, magazines, newspapers, or other publications
- Cameras, cell phones, or recording devices
- Tobacco products, vaping products, matches, or lighters
- Drugs or alcohol
Other Visitation Rules and Information
- All visitors must present a government-issued photo ID
- Visitors cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or they will be asked to leave
- You may not visit an inmate if you are on parole or probation
- All visitors must pass through metal detectors and are subject to being searched
- All visitor vehicles are subject to being searched
- You must be listed on the inmate’s approved visitor list
- Visitors must sign in upon arrival and sign out upon leaving
Bibb County Jail staff members reserve the right to refuse visitation to any visitors for any reason. Inmates may also refuse a visit. On rare occasions, inmates may be unavailable for a visit due to program or appointment involvement.
Failure to follow the above visitation rules could result in the termination of the visit. Depending on the severity, visitors could also lose their visitation privileges temporarily or permanently.
